Xayce's parent company acquired by 2e2

Xayce was acquired by Morse plc in September 2007. On 21st June 2010, Morse was itself acquired by 2e2.

Morse and 2e2 now begin the merger process to create a substantial, services-rich organisation that can offer customers a broader range of application, technology, communication and data centre solutions across the entire ICT lifecycle.
